Hi there, I'm a girl originally from the Bay Area who has planted herself here, now serving the East Bay community. I'm a bit of a chemical nerd, offering earth friendly, toxic free and bio-degradable products. Showing respect to the earth while providing beauty with a conscious.
As a professional woman and a single mom of two, one grown man and one teen girl, I understand the importance of "Me Time". Therefore, I have designed my studio suite salon experience in a way that you will feel safe, relaxed, rejuvenated and confident.
I have been a stylist for 30 years and never have i felt so enamored with my clients or my craft. I specialize in creating a haircut that will compliment the facial structure using a Facial Analysis technique. While I'm a self-professed balayage and highlighting expert, formulating to create multi-dimensional beautiful brunettes, radiant redheads and dimensional blondes is really where my sweet spot is. I take pride in the fact I am certified educational instructor teaching color theory, color correction and product knowledge. I would love the opportunity to discuss taking your locks to the next level.
while most stylists offer a great first visit and solid haircare thereafter, I see my role as your hairstylist to work together in making sure your scalp is healthy because without it you won't have a healthy head of hair. We will establish a long term haircare plan to safeguard that your cut, color and style is always on point. I will ensure that there won't ever be a time when you feel bored or complacent with your do. I will be checking in throughout to acknowledge if any issues arise as we will work through them together. After all, my name will be on your head.
When I'm not in the salon, you might catch me sneaking off to the closest beach! Beach-bag, chair and umbrella in tow. I'll be squishing my feet in the sand, grounding and rejuvenating my spirit! I am a sucker for a cute beach hat with a braid soaked in "After Sun-Mask".
I'm a playlist junkie and an undercover frustrated Barista so when you come for your visit you can expect some cool jams of your choice and be treated to my latest and greatest organic, oat, coconut, chocolate, vanilla latte concoction. And don't worry if you are a professional woman in the middle of your work day and need to jump on a zoom, I got you! Our Sola Salons offer free WiFi and I can go fold towels.
