I can't wait to meet you and am so excited to create a beautiful new look. I understand that seeing a new stylist can be scary, especially when you don't know what to expect. Here is some additional information to make your visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Email & Text NOTIFICATIONS
Once your appointment is booked and accepted, you will receive a text and email from Gloss Genius letting you know your request has been accepted. Save this thread for future reference and use the feature to add to your calendar.
You will receive these same notifications 48 hours before your appointment, this would be the time to cancel. The morning of you will also receive same notifications.

color appointments
I insist working on a clean palette and require all guests to wash 24 hours before service with a clarifying, chelating or deep cleansing shampoo. I have the Refresh Wash available at the salon for pick up or you can order through my online store. If you have a sensitive scalp do not wash right before appointment. Please come with no products and dried hair. I will not guarantee grey coverage if hair is dirty and if we are blonding your hair, appointment will be shortened if I have to wash it

Confirmations & cancelations
Please confirm your appointment when you receive the text from Gloss Genius. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I do require a 48 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel, reschedule, or now show your appointment with less than the 48 hour notice, a 50% rebooking fee will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

dress practically
Please be mindful as to not wear anything white. There are robes available for you to change into if you should wear something bulky or if you have long hair. Please arrive 5 minutes early to give time to change.

payment options
Cash, Zelle or Credit cards are accepted for payment. Zelle is a great source of payment so please have it set up before your visit.
