I understand booking an appointment with a new stylist can be a bit overwhelming and a tad scary. With all of the things we have to worry about in these times let's not make getting your hair done one of them.

Thank you for completing my client intake form. This will help me to guarantee your best possible experience for your visit and future appointments.
I will keep this securely in your online profile and will not be shared. Let me know if you have any questions while you fill out this form.
Be prepared with current photos of your hair and some inspo pics as well.

Within 24 hours I will personally review your New Client Intake Form and decide which time block or service will best suit your needs.
You will receive an email from me directing you to my booking site and the service or time block chosen for you.
If you have already found your way to my booking site and booked your appointment, I will then confirm the appointment request and make any adjustments.
As a new client visit we could possibly need extra time for a more thorough consultation or extra steps to create the look you desire.

You will receive a confirmation from my booking site Gloss Genius via text immediately once your appointment is booked or I have accepted your request.
Please take a close look and make sure everything is perfect.
You will also receive a confirmation 2 days before your appointment at that time you can cancel if needed and you will receive a reminder the morning of.
You will be able to confirm, cancel and reschedule your appointment directly through that reminder.
